How much is the shipping and handling charges?

We have included the rates for shipping and handling in our website based on the total weight of the products you ordered and the destination country.

Therefore, to know the fees required, you can add the products to your shopping cart and click on check out.

The checkout page will display the fees required and totals.

How long the shipping will take?

We have processed and shipped many orders to US and UK respectively and the goods has reached to our shoppers within 2 weeks or less.

Depending on the country and the customs regulations - assuming everything is fine, it should be as fast as the shipping company's delivery speed.

Can I cancel my order and get full refund?

Yes. Even if you have paid, you can request for a cancellation of your order while the status of the order is still as processing. Once the order is in Shipping Queue or Shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order anymore.

You can cancel or recall your order in My Account page where you can manager your own account details and looking at the history of orders that you have made.

If you are paying using credit card, for same day cancellation, we will be able to cancel the transaction immediately. Otherwise, the cancellation on the credit card processing will take 2 - 3 weeks for the bank to reverse charge on your card.
