WorthSAVE's concept is to have savings from operation efficiency and low overhead therefore translating it to savings to our shoppers. We strive to ensure that all prices shown on our site are current, accurate and without errors.

However, if there is any pricing errors and if an order has been made, WorthSAVE reserved the rights to cancel such order and make full refund payment to the respective shoppers.

All offers are available while stocks last. In the event of an order is made upon a product that is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. You may choose to order other products or request for full refund payment.

How Do I Make Payments?

1. Cheque Bank-In / Mail to us
   We accept cheques from Malaysia only. You can bank in to our bank account, please quote your "Order Reference No." on the Bank-In Slip and fax it to us.
   Full instruction is provided in the order confirmation email when you have made a purchase.

2. PayPal & Credit Cards - MasterCard / Visa
   We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards via a third party credit card payment gateway or PayPal system. You will be prompted to pay via credit card once you check out on your shopping card.
   
   If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay via your account balance. The payment process will redirect you to our gateway website with real time credit card verification and SSL encryption to ensure protection for both parties.

Since we have access to a wide range of distributors and suppliers, even if it is not on our website, we can probably source it for you.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

If the products you purchased doesn't fit or is not exactly what you want, we will take it back as a return. Just send your unopened, unused and unbroken item to us within 30 days of shipment with the purchase reference.

We will issue the payment direct to your bank account of your choice. We refund the customer the same way that the customer has paid, deducting the restocking fee (15%) and the shipping charges.

All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. If it is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders. If the product you've returned has been damaged, opened or broken we'll send it back to you as soon as possible.

If product is expired or defective, we will exchange it for you as all products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects. The period of warranty is according to the manufacturer of individual products.

No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please email or call us prior to returning your item, for a return authorization number. All returns are subject to our approval and acceptance. No returns will be authorized after seven days of your receipt of merchandise. Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the shipping receipts for your records. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled prior to shipping there will be a cancellation charge of 15% of the order total.

Worldwide Shipping

We provide worldwide shipping as long as our shipping provider deliver to the destination. As an added security for our customers, we ship most orders insured with signature required. If you cannot sign for your package, please arrange for an adult to sign for your package.

For high valued orders, we will ship the orders to the billing address on the credit card. We will honor your request to ship to another address. In order to ship to an alternate address, you need to contact your issuing bank, and have then add the shipping address as your alternate address. This is to protect the cardholder of unauthorized credit card transactions.
